Order Templates

Order templates can be used to issue the same order in bulk to multiple customers. You can send out order templates via email and SMS or put them on the web to bill your customers. These orders can be paid by any payment method, except Apple Pay and Google Pay.

Order templates can be done manually via Merchant Portal or DECTA Gate API /order_templates/ endpoint.

How to Use Order Templates

  1. Create a new order template;
  2. Specify order details (e.g. brand, currency, language, etc);
  3. Add products;
  4. Add clients (existing and new);
  5. Save the order template to use it again later;
  6. Send out the order or post it on your website or app.

Subscriptions

Subscriptions allow you to issue automated periodic orders for multiple clients at once. The main difference from bulk orders is that subscriptions automatically after a predefined time period issue new invoices to the subscribed clients. Subscriptions can be paid by any payment method, except Apple Pay and Google Pay.

There are two types of subscriptions:

  1. After a new invoice is automatically issued, the subscribed clients pay it manually;
  2. After a new invoice it automatically issued, an off-session payment is performed without the subscribed clients' active involvement. This option is available for card payments only.

  2. Specify subscription details (brand, currency, language, etc);
  3. Add products;
  4. Create a subscription invoice;
  5. Add subscribers (existing and new);
  6. Save the subscription template to use it again later;
  7. Send out the subscription invoice via email or SMS.
